Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms are a contract between you and [Legal entity name] ("BuildPaza"). By creating an account or using the service you accept them. If you use BuildPaza on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you may bind it.

2. The service

BuildPaza lets you describe an application in natural language and have an AI team generate, preview, iterate on, and export it (as ZIP, Next.js, or PHP + MySQL), and optionally publish or host it.

3. Accounts

Sign-in is by single-use magic link sent to your email. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your inbox secure.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use BuildPaza to build or distribute anything unlawful, infringing, malicious (malware, phishing), or that violates others' rights; not to abuse the AI team to generate prohibited content; and not to attempt to break, overload, or circumvent the platform's security, sandboxing, or rate limits.

5. Your content & ownership

You own what you create. You retain all rights to the prompts you provide and the code generated for you, and your exports are clean, unwatermarked source with no call-home. You grant BuildPaza only the limited licence needed to host, process, and display your content in order to operate the service for you.

6. Credits, plans & payment

• Paid plans include a monthly pool of €-denominated credits that are consumed by real AI usage. Unused monthly (included) credits do not roll over; purchased one-off top-up credits persist until used.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can manage or cancel anytime from your account via the billing portal.
• Prices are shown on the pricing page. Taxes (e.g. VAT) may apply. Except where required by law, payments and consumed credits are non-refundable.
• Pause & own forever: you may pause to keep a project hosted at the Paused price, or export and self-host. We do not delete or hold your code hostage.

7. Published & hosted apps

If you publish or host an app through BuildPaza, you are responsible for its content and for its compliance with the law (including providing your own privacy notices to its end-users). Generated apps run in a restricted, isolated environment separate from the BuildPaza platform.

8. Availability

We work hard on uptime but the service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties. Some features depend on optional external services and degrade gracefully when unavailable.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BuildPaza is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the [12] months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Termination

You may stop and delete your account anytime. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms. On termination you may export your data first; see the Privacy Policy.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [country/jurisdiction], with courts of [venue] having jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms; we will post the new version here and update the date, and notify account holders of material changes.
